Nevo Coffee & Co. ("Nevo", "we", "us") operates from 44 Tank Hill Rd, Kampala, Uganda, and offers food and beverage items for pickup and delivery via this website.
Orders placed through this site are requests to purchase and are accepted once Nevo confirms receipt of payment. Prices are shown in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Menu availability and prices may change without notice.
We currently accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and cash on pickup/delivery. Mobile Money payments are confirmed manually by Nevo staff after funds are received on our registered merchant line — please allow a short window for confirmation before your order enters preparation. Card payments will be added in a future update.
Delivery is available within Nevo's serviceable area in Kampala. Estimated preparation and delivery times are approximate and may vary with order volume, traffic, and weather. Nevo is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.
Orders may be cancelled by contacting Nevo directly (WhatsApp/phone) before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation is at Nevo's discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. Nevo reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where information appears false, fraudulent, or where abuse of staff or riders occurs.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Nevo's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order. Nevo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
